Custom Ability :Primal Evolution :Charmeleon - This is sort of a custom limit break ability. This lets Cinder temporarily evolve to into his evolution line to aid him in battle. This first form is Charmeleon. It is basically teenage Charmander with all the rage teen angst backed by the ability to command fire. Charmeleon gains the attack:
Fire Fang - which it is a biting fire elemental attack +2cs. It is an inaccurate attack that can cause flinching

Detect Magic - Enables the magical aura around an object to be seen
Purify Water - Turns nonpotable water potable.
Level 1:

Ember - A small fire projectile like the hot embers of a fireplace. May cause a mild burn.
Create Food - Creates a basic loaf of bread which will meet the nutritional requirements of a person.
Purify Food - removes any contamination from food thereby making it edible.
Level 2:
Protection Ward - Allows the caster to place a temporary protective ward upon on area that will keep harm away. The area cannot be larger than a radius of 10 feet.
Smoke Screen - The smoke from burning flames is blown towards the target. It causes Blindness for 1d2
Protection from Evil - Protects an area with a radius of 15 feet from evil.
Racial Abilities:
Flamethrower: A long burst of flames that Cinder channels through as a breath weapon. It also may cause a mild burn. This will be rolled using dexterity for aim and power for damage.
Extreme Fire Resistance: Cinder is immune to all but the most powerful of flames. When soaking fire damage Cinder rolls with +3cs
Weakness:
If his tail flame is extinguished Cinder becomes gravely ill and will die if it is not reignited. For every hour that the flame dims, Cinder's endurance is reduced by 1 and his hitpoints go down accordingly.
Cinder is incredibly susceptible to water and ice based attacks and environments. He has a -1d10 soak penalty to such damages.
History:
Cinder was hatched into this world like a normal Charmander, but became separated and lost from its parents. A trickster of a Gengar whisked the lost pokemon away to a different world where. he was found on the doorstep of a renown magic school. He was initially being kept as a pet, but he found amazement in the magic he witnessed being cast. He eventually learned how to cast magic himself while putting a spin on it with his own natural abilities. During the process of learning academics and magic, Cinder as lost the ability to evolve beyond being a Charmander, but hopes to one day be able to harness those forms in the future through his abilities and magic skills.
Flaws:
Cinder like all Fire type pokemon is weak to water, but with skills and abilities damage can be diminished.
Cinder is about 3'6".
Special Traits:
Cinder has some Dragon traits. He is able to understand draconic as well as breath fire.
The flame on Cinder's tail is always burning. He can change the intensity of it and it's size, but it will never stop burning. If it is extinguished it can be life threatening if it isn't relit.
He is very cute.
Sling Ring Portal - The sling ring has been mystically connected spiritually to the young charmander's tail and he has been taught that he can just whip his tail in such a way that he can make a lovely fiery orange portal to regions that are close by. As he levelsup, the regional distance between portals shall grow farther apart but unless specified, will not be able to traverse worlds, unless the ST specifically allows for it .
Current use allows the Sling Ring to portal the user to locations that are within Line of Sight.
