History:
Our story begins on March 23,1696, when Evan and Erin McGregor became the proud parents of Molly Rose. She was a tiny pale thing with thick, extremely red hair that curled sinisterly. She was raised in a little town on the coast of Ireland, south of Dublin, in a beautiful house on a large plot of land. Molly had the privilege of having both her parents around, despite her father being a pirate that captained his own ship. A month before Molly’s fifth birthday, Erin fell ill, and soon passed, leaving Evan to be father and mother to the little girl. For four years they continued living in the McGregor house, till the grief was too much to bear. Molly couldn’t stand seeing her father so sad here on the land, so she suggested to her father that they go to sea, where she knew from his stories, he was most happy when he was down. The two packed up what they wanted the most, clothing, supplies, keep sakes, and Erin’s Claddaugh wedding band which Evan put on the necklace that use to belong to his mother, a locket that housed a music box. The two set sail, never to return to the beautiful house and grounds, but before they did, Evan asked his sweet little girl what they should name his ship, which previously had no name. The little girl, standing by her father on a crate at the helm merely replied Mommy.
Molly grew up on the Erin, seeing many parts of the world. Evan did the best job he could raising her, but being a pirate, she eventually learned his trade. Shortly after Christmas of her 12th winter, the crew of the Erin raided a merchant ship heading north from South America, where Evan rescued (more like stole) a Blue and Gold Macaw baby parrot as a 13th birthday present for his most beautiful treasure of all, Molly. Molly thrilled at having a pet named him a proper pirate name, Killian, Killi for short. Over the years the two grew together, she taught him hundreds of words and phrases. Killian only tolerated most people, but loved Molly and her Father.
In August of Molly’s 20th summer, her father was killed, bestowing the ship, the crew, and all his wordly possessions to her. She put his wedding band on her necklace with her mothers, and sent him off to sea for his final rest, to be with her mother. Though she grieved, she didn’t show it often. She continued on with the crew, being the same respected captain her father was, the only difference was that she wore the tricorn and coat instead of her father.
Flaws: Supercilious flirt, cynical, easily angered
Racial Traits:
Humans are simply put ... Wonderous biomachines that can be found everywhere, in every worlds, and how would you explain that? They are adept at adapting. A human can get used to intense colds, providing they have the required clothing, and they can also get used to quite intense heat, considering they have access to enough water. They can develop a tolerance for more toxic environments, and also thrive in pure jungle worlds. Simply put, they get no penalties, and no bonuses anywhere they go. To them, its just a matter of knowing what to do when the environment changes. After twenty four hours of living in a world, humans adapts, and stops suffering the world's negative effects, or at least negates some of it. With GM permission, they may also share some of that benefit with other races where it makes sense.
